About Sadie Grey and the Magic Charm.

You know those weird, life-like dreams where you find a magic charm, travel back in time, and wind up as your mom's childhood pet?

What if it wasn't a dream?

Sadie Grey is a sprirted, curious ten-year-old girl stuck somewhere between being a  kid and growing up. As the resident middle child, Sadie gets lost in the shuffle and regularly ignored, as her three siblings and parents race around in their busy lives.

Sadie tries to stay upbeat but she feels like something's missing in her life—a destiny she has yet to disover—or at least something to save her from the most boring summer ever.

Everything changes when Sadie finds a mystical magic charm necklace stuffed in her old Raggedy Ann doll. Suddenly, she’s zipping back in time as a cat sneaking through snowy Maine, a dog surfing in Hawaii, and a squirrel dodging a menacing New York City hawk named Conrad!

The charm’s magic is wonderful—but also dangerous. Sadie’s godmother, Cassie, is stuck in the past as a cat, and if Sadie doesn’t solve the  mystery of the charm, Cassie will stay a cat forever. With help from her BFF Hannah, a herd of skunks, a stylish moose, and three busy chickens, Sadie must overcome her fears, embrace her magical destinty, figure out the charm’s secrets, rescue Cassie, and maybe—just maybe—save summer before she ends up as Conrad's lunch.
